There are so many ways, special schedules, and plans you can use to keep track. I just simply keep my word to myself and remain conscious of having a healthy lifestyle. For exercise, I do smaller time limits to make sure I work out daily. For instance. instead of 30 minutes, I’ll do 15mins. I hope this helps.
