There was a season when my mornings were heavy.

I woke up one day, staring at the ceiling. My body was there, but my soul felt far away. Grief, pressure, and exhaustion weighed me down. The day felt like a struggle to survive, not something I could shape.

Back then, I thought productivity was a form of power. I thought that being busy meant I was fortunate. But deep down, I felt drained.

The noise, the expectations, the endless doing — it all pulls me further from myself.

Then, one quiet morning, I decided to sit in stillness.

No phone. No rush. Me, my journal, and God.

That was the morning everything shifted.

I didn’t have a plan or a perfect setup — a decision: I refuse to start another day disconnected from my peace.

I wrote three words in my notebook: “Breathe. Believe. Begin.”

That moment became my blueprint for change.

I realized that peace doesn’t wait for the weekend — it begins when you choose to honor your mornings.

    I completely agree with your powerful morning routine. For me the two most important topics are hydration and nutritious breakfast.
