I am a woman, a widow, a mother, an entrepreneur, a writer, a strategist, and a soul artist. I carry over thirty years of lived experience in ministry, healing work, and whole-person development, and I bring all of it into everything I do.
My work lives at the intersection of healing, structure, and expression.
I don’t believe you were created to live fragmented, strong in one area and quietly falling apart in another. I believe your life, your voice, your work, and your income are meant to align.
That is what I help you do.
Through teaching, coaching, and music, I guide you back to yourself so you can build a life that actually reflects who you are and what you were created to become.
Because healing, building, and creating are not separate callings.
They are one.
My Story: What I Know From the Inside
I want to tell you the truth about where I am because the people I serve deserve honesty, not a highlight reel.
When I lost my father and my husband, a version of me ceased to exist.
Not dramatically. Not all at once. But the world I once knew, the routine, the familiar, the life I had built around who I was in relation to them was gone. And when that world goes, so does the version of you that lived inside it.
I know I am not the same woman I was before those losses. And yet I am still more me, in some ways, than I have ever been. That contradiction is not confusion. It is the reality of grief, transition, and the kind of becoming that doesn’t announce itself until you’re already in the middle of it.
I have been evolving my entire life. I can see that now with a clarity that only comes with time and honest reflection. I can see the patterns of transition, how each season prepared something in me that the next season required, how disruption is rarely punishment, how the waiting that feels like delay is often the very process that makes what’s coming possible.
I won’t pretend I don’t wish some things would move faster. That’s the truth, too.
But I have learned, sometimes reluctantly, that certain things genuinely require time. Not because God is withholding. But because the work of becoming cannot be rushed without something essential being lost.
The best way I know to describe where I am right now is this:
I am like a butterfly in the final stage of the cocoon. The wings are formed. The transformation has happened. From the outside, it might look like she has arrived. But she is still in the midst — still in that last necessary pressure before full emergence. Not stuck. Not lost. Just not quite yet.
I am awake inside it.
And that is exactly why I can sit with you in yours.
I am not here because I have completed the journey. I am here because I know the journey. Because I have walked this path with enough honesty to be a trustworthy guide, not from a podium above you, but from the road beside you.
My children are grown. I am no longer raising them; I am a guide to them now, as I am becoming more fully myself alongside them. I am a mother, a widow, a woman in her own transition, and a builder who refuses to wait until everything is resolved before doing what I was called to do.
Because the people God sends to me are in the cocoon, too.
They don’t need someone who has already emerged and forgotten what the pressure felt like.
They need someone who knows what it means to have wings and still be waiting — and who can hold the space with truth, steadiness, and faith that the emergence is coming.
That is who I am.
Still in the midst. Still becoming. Still here.
What I Believe My Foundation
I don’t build from trends. I build from truth.
These are the principles that govern everything:
Healing and building are not separate; they are the same work.
You cannot build a stable life on an unstable internal foundation.
Your story is not something to manage or hide; it is your most credible source of authority.
Spiritual alignment is not a feeling; it is a decision, backed by action, and refined over time.
Creativity is not optional; it is part of your design.
Financial freedom is not separate from your purpose; it supports and sustains it.
You do not need to be finished to be useful. You need to be honest and move.
You are allowed to outgrow who you used to be.
You are allowed to build something that looks different from what you were taught.
And you are responsible for becoming who you were created to be, not someday. Now.
What Makes My Approach Different
There is no shortage of personal growth content, business advice, or motivational messaging.
The problem is not access to information.
The problem is fragmentation.
Most people are trying to improve one area of their life while ignoring the others. They focus on mindset but avoid structure. They pursue income but neglect identity. They seek healing but resist the responsibility that comes with it.
That fragmentation creates cycles.
Temporary progress. Repeated setbacks. Confusion instead of clarity.
My approach is integrated because I’ve lived what happens when it isn’t.
I don’t separate healing from building, spirituality from strategy, identity from income. I understand that you are not just a mindset, not just a skillset, not just a spiritual being.
You are a whole person.
And when your whole person is addressed, spirit, soul, mind, body, and the practical structure of your life, things begin to stabilize. To shift. To move.
That is the work we do here.

Music has always been a part of my existence.
I grew up surrounded by it in church, in the home, across genres. R&B, soul, blues, jazz, neo soul, pop, rock. Music was not something I discovered. It was the atmosphere I was raised in. It shaped my ear, my voice, and the way I process and express what words alone cannot always carry.
I have worked as a professional vocalist in the Chicagoland area for over twenty years, performing at events, private bookings, and live engagements for people who come to me for my sound.
As LadiSoul, I curate and interpret songs across genres, delivering them through the lens of my own lived experience, my faith, and my emotional intelligence. I am not simply covering songs. I am giving them a new voice, a new context, and a new point of entry for the listener. Every performance carries the same intention: to move you, steady you, and remind you of something true.
I have one original composition, Freedom Love, and songwriting is a part of my creative journey that continues to unfold in its own time.
LadiSoul is not a character I put on when I step on a stage. She is the part of me that has always known how to speak through sound, the same woman, the same depth, expressed through music.

I was called before I was born.
I don’t say that to be dramatic. I say it because it is true and because everything I do flows from that reality. Jeremiah 1 is not just a scripture to me. It is my foundation. My assignment was written before my mother knew my name, and I have spent my life walking into the fullness of what God placed inside me.
I believe in the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit, one God, the living God, Elohim, the Great I Am. I believe Jesus came to reconnect humanity to the Kingdom from which we all originate. That is the lens through which I see everything: people, patterns, seasons, transitions, and truth.
I am not a psychic. I am not a mystic. I carry no titles that belong to darkness.
What I carry is discernment, foresight, hindsight, and a God-given assignment to get people over the bridge.
From fragmentation to wholeness. From motivation to self-empowerment. From darkness to light. From lies to truth. From blindness to sight. From sickness to health. From lost to found.
I was sent, as a Xennial, standing on the cusp of two generations, to bridge generations to truth, to freedom, and to continual connection with the Creator of the universe. The one who is, and was, and is to come.
That is the work. Not a program. Not a method. A divine assignment, carried with humility, walked out in real time, and offered to every human being ready to cross over into the fullness of who they were created to be.
I am a daughter of the Most High, from the Kingdom of Heaven. A life guide, a truth-teller, an accountability partner, and an intercessor. I am part of the royal priesthood, and I take that seriously.
My work is not to make you comfortable. It is to help you become whole.
Whole in spirit. Whole in soul. Whole in mind. Whole in body. Aligned with the Kingdom of God.

🤝 As a Spiritual Doula & Private Coach Companion Through the In-Between
I want to define this term because it matters, and because I know it can sound unfamiliar or even triggering depending on where you’ve come from spiritually.
A spiritual doula is not a medium. Not a mystic. Not a metaphysical practitioner. There is nothing here rooted in witchcraft, new age practice, or anything outside of Christ.
And I want to be clear: I am not a therapist. I do not provide therapy or clinical mental health services. I am not a replacement for clinical care.
But I am a companion for the journey for anyone sound enough and ready enough to have someone walk alongside them with wisdom, truth, and discernment as they navigate what life has brought to their door.
The word “doula” simply means one who serves as a companion who walks alongside someone through one of the most sacred and disorienting passages of life.
For me, that is not just a definition. It is a lived experience on both ends.
I have sat with people as life entered the world. And I have sat with people as loved ones transitioned from this life into the next, navigating grief, loss, and the sacred passage from here into eternity.
I know what it means to hold space in those moments. To stay present when everything is shifting. To be the steady one when the ground beneath someone’s feet has completely given way.
That is what I was born to do.
Not just in the grand moments but in the everyday ones. Helping someone get confident. Helping someone make that change. Helping someone self-regulate.
Being present for someone who just needs somebody, because some people do not have anyone to help them navigate through life in soundness.
That is the work. Spirit-led. Christ-centered. Grounded in truth and love.

I don’t show up to impress you. I show up to tell you the truth about life, about patterns, about what is happening in the world, and about what it actually takes to become whole from the inside out.
I will not perform a breakthrough; I haven’t lived. I will not give you language that sounds good but leaves you exactly where you started. I will not encourage you to depend on me instead of developing yourself.
What I will do is show up authentically through teaching, music, commentary, and honest conversation. I will critique the status quo not to stir controversy, but because we cannot become better individuals, better communities, or a better society without the courage to examine what is not working and speak truth about it.
I believe whole-person development is not just personal work. It is kingdom work. It is the redemption of humanity, one person at a time, becoming who God intended from the very beginning. When we do that work individually, spirit, soul, mind, and body, we become better for each other. Better for society. Better for the world.
I cannot reach everyone. I am not trying to.
I am here for the ones who are serious. The ones ready to do the work. The ones who want an authentic experience, not a performance, not a highlight reel, not motivation that fades by Monday morning.
