Essential oils are evaporative liquids that are distilled from plants. Including their respective parts such as seeds, bark, leaves. Stems, roots, flowers, fruit, etc.

And the fact that many of their plants are used in commercial medicine proves their worth.

    I love essential oils, especially Lavender and Lemon. Lavender is my go-to oil all the time to relax after a long day at work. Lemon helps me clear my sinuses during pollen season which is helping now. The basil essential oil, have not tried but would love to try. This kit shown would love to try but the price a bit much right now for me, so I have booked marked to access again and try.

      Hi Jannette! I’m happy to always meet my fellow essential oil lovers. Lemon, Lavender, and peppermint are my go-to for pollen season!  2 drops of each in an 8oz glass of water is my allergy medicine as I like to call it. Thanks for sharing your experience with essential oils.
